The Training Group is a proudly Female, Veteran, and Australian owned SME and the parent company of three training providers; Australian Public Sector Training (APST), Frontline Management Training (FLMT), and Executive Development Australia (EDA).
As their names suggest, each provider focusses on the design, development, and delivery of the specific leadership and management capability development needs of three distinct groups; Government, Industry, and Executives. See below for more information and links.

Australian Public Sector Training is one of the few organisations that focuses on the unique leadership and management capability development needs of people working in the government sector.
For industry
Frontline Management Training focuses on the leadership and management capability development needs of people working in frontline to middle-management roles.
For executives
Executive Development Australia focuses on the leadership and management capability development needs of people working in senior middle management to executive level positions.
Australian Public Sector Training
Targeted learning outcomes are achieved via content designed specifically for the public sector, delivery contextualised to the needs of each group (at no additional cost) and delivered by facilitators and coaches selected for their high-level subject matter expertise, their engaging delivery style, and experience of working in/with government.
Frontline Management Training
Targeted learning outcomes are achieved via content designed specifically for people in these roles, delivery contextualised to the needs of each group (at no additional cost) and delivered by facilitators and coaches selected for their high-level subject matter expertise, their engaging delivery style, and experience of working in/with industry.
Executive Development Australia
Targeted learning outcomes are achieved via solutions tailored to the needs of each individual and/or group, most typically in the form of contextualised workshops and/or one-on-one coaching. These solutions are delivered by facilitators and coaches carefully selected for their highly level subject-matter-expertise, their proven track-record as a facilitator/coach, in addition to their own industry experience and/or university-level research and thought leadership.
Corporate Social Responsibility
As a part of TTG’s commitment to the Corporate Social Responsibility and the Australian Learning & Development community, we:
Provide one day of digital skills training to residents of Australian Aboriginal communities every time we send an invoice to a client.
Provide five days of education for underprivileged children across the globe every time we send an invoice to a client.
